Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses techniques that target the sub-layers of the musculature or fascia. While Swedish Massage is more focused on relaxing superficial muscles, Deep Tissue massage manipulates the connective tissue that surrounds and penetrates the muscles.
